Policy
Appointment Confirmation: We require a valid credit card on file to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you miss your appointment or fail to cancel within the specified time frame. All bookings will be by phone.
Purchased Packages: Packages are designed to offer cost savings and convenience. However, it's important to note that all packages must be used within 30 days from the date of purchase. By utilizing your sessions within this period, you can avoid any unused sessions expiring and ensure that you receive the full value of your package.
Cancellations or Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $25 late cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification, you will be considered a no-show. No-shows will forfeit payment and/or deposit. No-shows may be subject to a fee and will require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.
Appointment Duration: Please arrive promptly for your appointment to ensure you receive the full allotted time. Late arrivals may have their appointment shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
Minors: Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all appointments. Some services may have age restrictions, so please inquire beforehand.
Prohibited Activities: Please refrain from engaging in any illegal or inappropriate activities during your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate appointments if such activities are observed.
